The view from our balcony was spectacular - directly looked out on London Bridge. Balcony was spacious and included a bistro table and 2 chairs. The pictures on the website made the room look very modern and minimalistic. The room was quite comfortable and again spacious. We had an ADA accessible room - very nice low entry shower. There was a table / desk (no drawers) and a chair (not very comfortable). Small kitchen area with Keurig and K-cups and liquid Coffeemate creamer ( which I really appreciated) and a small sink and microwave. We only stayed 2 nights so it wasn't a big deal, but there was very little space to unpack and put away clothing - no drawers, but some built in cubbies. Was surprised to only find 2 hangers in the closet! Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a full bar in the lobby (and an outdoor one during peak season) and reasonably priced cocktails and beer for happy hour. Several nice restaurants close by - definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Loved the views, large deck, large room and appreciated the high quality Shampoo and conditioner. It was the first time ever I didn't use my own brought from home. This Malin + Goetz shampoo and conditioner was so high end that I bought it on Amazon after leaving. This shows how much the hotel wants to please guests. The Heat Hotel recommended a jet ski company operating from the boat slips in front of the hotel. We received a 10% discount being a guest at the Heat Hotel. They do boat rentals as well. Super convenient being in front of the hotel. There is a little area to get in the river via steps on the dock. We didn't notice them until we were leaving. This is a great unique place to stay for a balcony, walking ease, Easy water craft rentals and boat/people watching at the London Bridge.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud in heaven, the linens smelled nice, the room was clean and free of stained carpet despite being a pet friendly room. The bathroom was large and brightly lit, and the shower was really nice. The balcony overlooking the channel/London Bridge was the perfect spot for our morning coffee and afternoon cocktail, and everything in between. The room was large and well appointed with a comfy, cozy couch. It made it difficult to go out and explore the area!! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and was a large part of our positive experience. The pet fee was sooooo reasonable, and the location was amazing, making it walkable to most bars/restaurants in the area. We loved it so much, we extended our one night stay to 4 nights!

Jana

The room was large and perfect for us traveling with our dog and her big fluffy bed. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever had in any hotel and I’m a world traveler. I just had to peak under the sheets to see the brand and yep. It was a Temper Pedic mattress memory foam! Also like the complimentary water bottles and the coffee maker in the room. There was an abundance of mini bar snacks and drinks for purchase in the room if anyone needed.

Cynthia

The room size was impressive, with an adjoining living room space and two TVs - it felt more like an apartment. The balcony was great with its awesome view of London Bridge. We loved that it's pet friendly but also spotlessly clean; sometimes when we bring our dog to hotels we're relegated to substandard 'pet friendly' rooms, not the case here! Staff were helpful and friendly.
